We have a Generalist search practice by strategic design, meaning that we do not specialize in a particular industry or function. Unlike specialist firms, we have very few off-limits restrictions that would hinder our ability to recruit the best candidates.

We have worked with Top 10 Private Equity firms and mid-sized Private Equity firms, public companies and closely held companies, multi-national corporations in the Fortune Global 500 and local non-profits, public school districts and private universities. 

 

The common thread that runs through our practice is that we are interested in the qualities of Leadership. The work may involve a C-suite executive, a lawyer leading a function in a General Counsel's office, or a leader of a small but vital non-profit. Honestly, the position is not as important as the result you are seeking.

 

The point is that while we love to get big projects that generate big fees, we are mainly interested in building relationships with clients who need our help, trust our advice, and offer us the opportunity to do meaningful work.
